Booking Terms

We require a 50% deposit to secure the dates and the remainder due 7 days prior to check-in. Cancellations will only be refunded in full prior to 14 days of arrival and if we are able to replace the booking at the same rates.

No dates will be reserved until the deposit reflects in our bank account and or we receive a proof-of-payment. To enhance our security and covid protection policies we will also require identity to be produced on arrival. If you are booking for someone else we will obviously require their details as well.
